Join us for a free yoga session by the lake. Yoga helps to reduce back pain, stress, and arthritis symptoms while increasing mood, heart health, strength, balance, and flexibility. The program will take place next to beautiful Mac Lake in a screened in pavilion with overhead fans. Please bring your own yoga mat and water. All experience levels are welcome.
