Ranger Talk/ Short Hike - Gopher Tortoises
Gopher tortoises play an enormous role in our ecosystem. Come learn about this important species from a ranger. After a short presentation, you will be guided to look at and learn about gopher tortoise burrows here in the park. It is recommended that you bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug repellent, and wear closed-toed shoes. Program is free with regular park admission.
